In the Factory Kraków outlet you will find two drinking water fountains with highly mineralized drinking water:
- on the ground floor, next to Halfprice store
- on the 1st floor, next to Big Star store
You can fill a reusable bottle or a bowl for your pet with it. Remember that pets are welcome at the Factory outlet :)
The drinking fountain is adapted to people with mobility disabilities and in wheelchairs.

You can find three rooms:
- in the sanitar corridor next to Rossmann store
- in the sanitar corridor next to Nike store
- in the sanitar corridor next to Puma store
Charge your electric car during shopping.
Use an electric vehicle charging station. You will find it in the free parking lot at Factory Kraków 24/7.
On average, it only takes an hour to fully charge your car with DC power!
